Well, the coloring.) so here it is! I couldn't decide if I should just have that one picture of him (it looked a little incomplete), so I added his first ME3 photo in there too. 
This took about... 3 to 4 hours of erasing (I actually zoomed in and outline erased the backgrounds on both of his pictures pixel by pixel x_x; 
Oh, the burdens of being a perfectionist.) rearranging, and messing around with the effects to finish. The background was the quickest thing in the entire piece. 
Overall, I'm satisfied with it! If I didn't want ME3 badly enough already, seeing this would have definitely convinced me without a doubt.
